As a Civil Surgeon who has personal experience with the immigration process, Dr. Wingo understands how frustratingly difficult and expensive it can be. He knows how important it is that the I-693 Form be completed accurately the first time.
To ensure Atlas Healthcare maintains the highest standards of compliance with USCIS requirements, Dr. Wingo is a member of the International Panel Physician Association (IPPA). When contacting Atlas Healthcare, you will communicate with Bethany, Dr. Wingo’s wife. Bethany is highly knowledgeable and experienced. She will help ensure your immigration medical exam goes smoothly right from the start.
PLEASE NOTE: Bethany frequently must communicate via text due to the large volume of calls she receives. However, you will be communicating with her, not a robot.
The information she provides you will contain all of the answers we are able to provide prior to you sitting down with Dr. Wingo and discussing the specifics of your case.
There are simply no shortcuts, or more complete and accurate answers, than sitting down with Dr. Wingo at your first appointment, speaking with him, and allowing him to review your records in-person.

We are so confident in the quality of our service, that if your exam is returned because of our mistake, we will provide you a new original exam at no additional cost.
You will sit down with Dr. Wingo to discuss your exam and any unique circumstances to your immigration process.
Dr. Wingo also performs the final QA review before your exam is packaged.
Completion of your exam will NOT be delegated to a staff member.

The second visit usually involves simply picking up your completed exam (if we are not mailing it), or following up for an x-ray or vaccine.
